Less than...
48 hours to go to 50. Less hours to go than I've spent years here so far. It is bothering me less and less every day though. I'm sure I'll still cringe a little Sunday when I realize my 40's are gone. I may stay in bed all day.

Oh for God's sake! Take a salt pill! It's a stupid number that doesn't mean shit. I'm really close to 57 and believe me, it's ok. Life is nothing but change; when you stop changing you are officially DEAD. Go for the change; revel in it; enjoy it. My wife had a terrific laugh the first time I saved ten cents at 31 Flavors getting the Over 55 discount!
Go to hell Don. You have no fucking idea of what my life is like. Go hug your wife and get your discounts.
I'm really sorry you feel that way Ron. I've been reading you blog and agree that you don't have a bed of roses going but you also seem to be a realistic and intelligent person. Not the kind of person who is really going to crawl into bed & pull to covers over his head. You might feel like it but in actual fact I bet you face life bravely and head on. I'm sorry if my remarks hurt you.
Shows what little you know you know about me. I'm glad you have enjoyed this sub venture into my psyche. As I said in earlier posts, the reason people read these things is to make them feel better about themselves.
